

The Easy Control System developed by us automates the dough processing.

The ECS control can be set per recipe for the machines for which this is relevant. After this, you can easily select a recipe, and the connected machines will process the dough into the desired end product based on the recipe. The settings (per recipe) can easily be adjusted in the ECS.

When the ECS is linked to the Dough Process Computer, the system can take data from the DPC that are also needed by the machines controlled by the ECS. The system can also take over the batch lists from this computer. This means that the baker only has to select the desired recipes in the DPC at the beginning of the production process, after which the operating systems collectively ensure that the connected machines carry out the entire production process.
