The star doser cuts dough into pieces of approximately 12 kilograms. The dough falls from the bowl tipper into the hopper of the star doser. The transport system for the chopped dough is also part of our delivery programme.
The star doser is made of stainless steel, making it suitable for food-safe processing of products. In addition, stainless steel lasts a long time and is easy to clean. The hopper on the machine can easily be removed, making it also easy to clean.
