


The conical rounder is capable of rounding all types of dough, from wheat to rye dough. With various individual adjustment options, the rounder can be adapted to the properties of your dough: for example, the rounding speed and the air supply can be adjusted separately.
The conical rounder can be equipped with oil nozzles that spray oil evenly over the dough to prevent clumping and/or tearing of the dough.

The Easy Control System controls the conical rounder and oil nozzles. From the moment the settings – such as the rounding speed and air supply – are saved per recipe, you can easily select the recipe to implement these settings. It is easy to adjust the settings per recipe.

The conical rounder is made of stainless steel, making it suitable for food-safe processing of products. In addition, stainless steel lasts a long time and is easy to clean. The machine is also easy to clean because the collection trays can be removed.
