


Our dough proofers are completely tailor-made by us in accordance with your wishes. The proofer contains interior lighting with bactericidal lamps. The dough proofer is not only equipped with underfloor heating, but the individual panels of the awning are also equipped with a heating element. A unique cold water misting system or a steam evaporator is used to regulate the humidity in the dough proofer.

The Easy Control System controls the automatic input machine of the dough proofer: it directs the dough balls to the correct position in the dough proofer to ensure that the dough balls automatically fall into the proofer cups. The input of dough balls can be set to intermittent or continuous.
In addition, the ECS can be used to set the desired rising time of the dough balls, and the desired temperature and humidity in the dough proofer. From the moment these settings are saved per recipe, you can easily select the recipe to implement these settings. The settings per recipe can easily be adjusted.
By using a ‘first in, first out’ check, the entered batch lists can be processed sequentially without the intervention of a person. If the ECS is linked to the Dough Process Computer, it can automatically take over the batch lists from the DPC.

The dough proofer can be used safely for food processing. The proofer cups are made of plastic that meets the EU and US standards for food-safe processing of products. In addition, the dough proofer is for the largest part made of the food-safe material stainless steel. Stainless steel is a material that is long lasting and easy to clean. The machine is also easy to clean because the proofer cups are exchangeable and easy to clean. The sliding drawers in the base of the dough proofer can also easily be removed and cleaned.
