The crumbler cuts dough for pastry moulding machines into strips. The dough falls from the bowl tipper into the crumbler’s hopper. The transport system for the cut dough is also part of our delivery programme.
The crumbler can be used safely for food processing. The plastic parts of the machine meet the EU and US standards for food-safe processing of products. In addition, the frame of the crumbler is made of the food-safe material stainless steel. Stainless steel is a material that is long lasting and easy to clean. Due to the possibility of removing the machine’s plastic side plate, the blades inside the machine can be easily cleaned.
