

The Dough Process Computer we developed can control the entire process within the bakery. Starting from the order placed at the office to the dough preparation and processing, and ultimately selling the end product.
Orders can be entered into the system using ERP software. These orders are further developed into production lists and subsequently batch lists by the computer and the baker. Using the batch lists, the raw materials can be processed automatically into dough.

Recipes for the various doughs made can be saved in the DPC. Subsequently, you can easily select a recipe. The connected machines will weigh the required quantity of raw materials and mix them into the desired dough for the end product. The recipe can easily be adjusted in the DPC.

All activities taking place in the process controlled by the DPC are logged. In addition, stock is automatically tracked. The temperature of the dough is also automatically regulated by the DPC.
The DPC can be linked to the Easy Control System that controls machines that further process the made dough into the final product. In that case, the ECS can take over the required data for recipes that have already been entered in the DPC. The ECS can also take over the batch lists from the DPC.
