The machine for filled pastry can be used to create cakes with a filling, for instance Eccles cakes, Blackburn cakes or Chorley cakes. The first part of the machine places the dough base of the cakes on the baking tray. The second part places the filling on the dough slices. After this, the slices of dough with the filling are properly positioned, and the third part of the machine places another slice of dough on top. Finally, eggs, baking glaze and/or sugar can be applied to the last piece of dough. When you choose eggs to finalize the product, please be aware that they require attention from the baker, as eggs are products with a limited shelf life.

The Easy Control System can be used to set the desired amount of dough and filling per recipe. From the moment these settings are saved, you can easily select the recipe to implement these settings. The settings per recipe can be easily changed. If the ECS is linked to the Dough Process Computer, the machine automatically knows the number of products that need to be made via the batch lists entered in the DPC.

The machine for filled pastry can be used safely for food processing. The plastic used for the machine meets the EU and US standards for food-safe processing of products. In addition, the frame of the machine is made of the food-safe material stainless steel. Stainless steel is a material that is long lasting and easy to clean. The possibility to remove parts of the machine makes it easy to empty and clean it.
