


The waterjet cutter can automatically indent dough using a jet of water under high pressure. For example, this machine can be used to make the characteristic indentations on baguettes, pistolets, Vienna bread and rustic millstones. The path taken by the waterjet cutter can be pre-programmed by us for different recipes. A baking tray full of dough pieces can be indented simultaneously with the waterjet cutter.

The Easy Control System can be used to set a specific indentation per recipe. From the moment these settings are saved, you can easily select the recipe to implement these settings. The settings per recipe can easily be changed. If the ECS is linked to the Dough Process Computer, the waterjet cutter automatically knows the number of products that need to be indented via the batch lists entered in the DPC.

The waterjet cutter is made of stainless steel, making it suitable for food-safe processing of products. In addition, stainless steel lasts a long time and is easy to clean. The collection tray under the machine can be removed easily, making it easy to clean.
