


The dough divider that we supply is an advanced and unique machine that divides the made dough into pieces with equal weight. Unlike the most common types, our dough divider uses pistons instead of springs. This prevents the dough from being pressed when it is portioned. This makes our dough divider ideal for portioning doughs that have a longer rising time and/or a higher water percentage.
Our dough divider has a wide weight range, because the pistons can be easily changed. Determining the desired amount of dough is regulated hydraulically.

Via the Easy Control System, the speed of the dough divider and the number of dough pieces that are cut can be set per recipe. From the moment these settings are saved, you can easily select the recipe to implement the settings. The settings per recipe can easily be adjusted.
In addition, the ECS can be linked to the Dough Process Computer: the dough is then automatically portioned into pieces with the desired weight entered in the DPC when setting the recipe. In this case, the dough divider also automatically knows the number of dough pieces that need to be made due to the batch lists entered in the DPC.

The dough divider can be used safely for food processing. The conveyor belt is made of plastic that meets the EU and US standards for food-safe processing of products. In addition, the entire frame, metal plates and supporting parts of the dough divider are made of the food-safe material stainless steel. Stainless steel is a material that is long lasting and easy to clean. Also the use of pistons ensures that the dough divider is easy to clean.
