The spiral mixer kneads the weighed dry and liquid (auxiliary) raw materials into a dough. The dough is kneaded by a spiral that ‘grabs’ the dough and turns it downwards. This happens continuously until the dough is ready.
Dry auxiliary raw materials can be added automatically (during kneading) if a dosing system for dry auxiliary raw materials is connected to the kneader. The same applies to liquid raw materials if a dosing and mixing system for liquid raw materials is connected to the kneader.

With the help of the Dough Process Computer, the kneading process can be fully automated on a recipe basis. In addition to setting fixed mixing and kneading times per recipe, you can also choose to switch off the machine when the dough has reached a certain temperature. Furthermore, for each recipe, it can be entered in the DPC when raw materials need to be added during the kneading process to ensure that the proportions of the ingredients are correct and the desired dough is kneaded for baking your end product.

The spiral mixer is made of stainless steel, making it suitable for food-safe processing of products. In addition, stainless steel lasts a long time and is easy to clean.
