The Easy Control System can control the following machines:
Crumbler
The crumbler cuts dough for pastry moulding machines into strips.
Machine for filled pastry
The machine for filled pastry can be used to create cakes with a filling, for instance Eccles cakes, Blackburn cakes or Chorley cakes.
Baking form mover
The baking form mover automatically removes baking forms around cakes after they have been in the oven, and cleans the baking forms. The cleaned baking forms can be placed on a new baking tray automatically.
Almond machine
The almond machine automatically places almonds on pastry. You can choose one or three almonds per piece. The almond machine is very accurate: in 98% of cases the correct number of almonds is placed in the center of the product.
