Operating system
Dough Process Computer
The Dough Process Computer we developed can control the entire process within the bakery. Starting from the order placed at the office to the dough preparation and processing, and ultimately selling the end product.

Machines
The Dough Process Computer can control the following machines:

Scale
The scale allows you to weigh the required quantities of (auxiliary) raw materials based on a selected recipe in the Dough Process Computer. This process can be fully automated.

Silo installation
Raw materials such as meal, flour and sugar can be stored in bulk in the silos. The silos can be connected to the scale, which enables automatic dosing of the required quantities of raw materials.

Dosing system for dry auxiliary raw materials
Dry auxiliary raw materials such as sugar, salt and other bread improvers can be stored in the containers of the dosing system. The containers can be connected to the scale and/or spiral mixer, which enables automatic dosing of the required quantities of dry auxiliary raw materials.

Dosing and mixing system for liquid raw materials
The dosing and mixing system for liquid raw materials can supply the desired amount of cold and warm water, fat, sourdough and liquid yeast. These raw materials are mixed with the dry raw materials. The system itself calculates how much cold and hot water needs to be added to reach the desired water temperature.

Spiral mixer
The spiral mixer kneads the weighed dry and liquid (auxiliary) raw materials into a dough. The desired mixing and kneading times can be set per recipe.
