The scale allows you to weigh large quantities of raw materials like flour as well as a small quantities of auxiliary raw materials like salt based on a selected recipe in the Dough Process Computer.
If you weigh the (auxiliary) raw materials manually, the DPC automatically gives you feedback about which (auxiliary) raw materials you need to weigh and in what quantity. The dosing of (auxiliary) raw materials can also be carried out fully automated by the DPC.
We offer several types of scales linked to the DPC. The floor scale can be used to weigh large quantities of raw materials manually. A hopper scale (for an example, see the lower image) linked to a silo installation can be used to weigh these quantities of raw materials automatically.
The table scale (for an example, see the upper image) can be used to weigh small quantities of auxiliary raw materials manually. A dosing system for dry auxiliary raw materials can be used to weigh these quantities of auxiliary raw materials automatically.

You can enter the required amount of (auxiliary) raw materials for each recipe (for example on a percentage basis) in the Dough Process Computer and save the recipes in the system. This gives you the opportunity to generate a consistent product. You can easily switch between recipes, making it simple to make different doughs. You can also easily adjust the settings per recipe.

The scales are made of stainless steel. This makes them suitable for food-safe processing of products. In addition, stainless steel lasts a long time and is easy to clean.
