There is a large storage container on the machine that can easily be filled with the egg or baking glaze that is applied to the dough. The egg or baking glaze is distributed over the dough using a roller. This roller can easily be replaced by another to adjust the result. There is a drip tray under the machine where any surplus can be collected.
In addition, this machine can sprinkle the product with decorations such as poppy seeds, oat flakes and sesame using an automatic dredger. Excess sprinkle is collected in a collection tray under the machine.

The Easy Control System can be used to set the number of products to be decorated. If the ECS is linked to the Dough Process Computer, the decorating machine automatically knows the number of products that need to be decorated via the batch lists entered in the DPC.

The decoration machine can be used safely for food processing. The roller of the spreader and brushes of the dredger are made of plastic that meets the EU and US standards for food-safe processing of products. In addition, the frame of the decoration machine is made of the food-safe material stainless steel. Stainless steel is a material that is long lasting and easy to clean. The possibility to remove parts of the decoration machine makes it easy to empty and clean the machine.
